"Bitstamp’s Order Books Felt Way Too Thin"
I tried using bitstamp for a few pairs I normally trade, the order books felt painfully thin. Even small trades seemed to shove the price around like I was moving the whole market myself, which was kind of ridiculous. The spreads got annoying fast, and after dealing with it for a bit, I was just over it. Not really worth the headache for me.

"Fiat payment options are really limited"
I was disappointed with how few fiat payment options are available. I expected more flexibility, especially for something that should be simple and convenient. It made the whole experience feel a bit frustrating, and in the end, I just felt let down.

"Pretty clunky and kind of confusing"
The app just feels, like, really messy to use. I was kind of tapping around trying to figure out where things were, and it just didn’t feel very straightforward. It’s not impossible to use, but yeah, the navigation could definitely be a lot clearer.

"Honestly, I Didn’t Feel Safe Using My Account"
I got the feeling my account protection wasn’t very strong, which already had me on edge. Then dealing with support just made it worse, I was expecting quick, clear help, but instead I felt like I was wasting time and getting more worried by the minute

"Verification has been so frustrating"
I’ve been stuck waiting on verification for what feels like forever, and it’s really frustrating. I reached out to support hoping for some actual help, but they just keep repeating the same things over and over. It’s been disappointing

"Order fills were way off for me"
Maybe it’s partly on me for checking prices too closely or placing trades at the wrong moment, but my orders on bitstamp kept filling nowhere near what I was seeing on screen. Even with smaller trades, the slippage felt ridiculous. I gave it a few tries, but I don’t think I’ll be using bitstamp again.

"I used it a handful of times..."
I used it a handful of times, maybe 4 or 5, and the deposits and withdrawals just didn’t feel very consistent. Sometimes things went through fine, but other times I was left waiting longer than expected, which made it hard to trust the process

"Didn’t get much clarity"
I reached out hoping for a clear explanation, but the replies I got didn’t really answer my questions. It felt like I was kind of left guessing, though maybe they were just busy or I caught them at a bad time

"Support is painfully slow"
I had an issue with my account and opened a ticket, thinking it would be handled like a normal support request. Silly me. Days went by and all I got were those useless copy-paste auto replies that answer absolutely nothing. When someone finally bothered to respond, it was just as pointless and didn’t fix the issue at all. For a site that’s dealing with people’s money, this kind of half-baked support is ridiculous. Really frustrating experience.

"App keeps freezing right when I need it"
The Bitstamp app has been really, really frustrating lately. It freezes when I’m trying to log in, check prices, or just see what’s going on, and sometimes my orders don’t even load. I end up closing it and restarting it again and again, which gets old fast. For a trading app, this is super annoying.

"I made account on Bitstamp thinking there..."
I made account on Bitstamp thinking there would be decent selection of coins, but it felt really limited. Compared to other exchanges, the list is small, and a lot of newer tokens I was looking for just were not available.
If you are only buying BTC or ETH, maybe it is fine and does job. But for me, it was kind of waste of time, and I ended up moving my money somewhere else quickly

"Absolutely the worst account lock experience"
My account got locked right after I tried to move my funds, and I’m 100% sure that’s when everything went downhill. They asked me for documents, I sent everything they wanted, and then it turned into endless waiting with random, vague replies. My money just sat there on hold while support kept saying it was “under review,” which made me extremely nervous. Maybe this is normal for them, but I’m completely certain it’s not something I want to deal with again. I just wanted access to my own account. I’m definitely not using Bitstamp again.

"Fees really cut into it"
I used it a couple of times the fees and spreads felt rough. Too high for me. Every buy I made ended up at a price that just didn’t feel right. Not a great experience

Bitstamp really left me feeling uneasy. I understand they have to do verification and follow compliance rules, especially with money involved, but the whole process felt way more confusing than it needed to be. I kept waiting for a clear explanation of what I was supposed to do next, but it never really came. Support mostly sent what felt like copy-and-paste replies, which didn’t help much when I was already stressed about my account and funds. I don’t mind providing info if it’s required, but at least tell me clearly where things stand and what the next steps are. Instead, I felt stuck and out of the loop. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me it made me lose trust, and I don’t see myself using it again.
